  • tablespoon flour all-purpose
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon paprika 
  • ounce parmigiano-reggiano cheese fresh grated
  •  plum tomatoes cut into 4 wedges
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • ounces oven-roasted turkey breast warmed sliced
  • ounce bread white toasted

Directions

  1. To prepare sauce, melt butter in a medium saucepan.
  2. Add flour, stirring well with a whisk. Gradually add milk, pepper, and salt, stirring constantly with a whisk until blended.
  3. Place over medium heat; cook until thick (about 5 minutes), stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in cheese.
  5. To prepare sandwiches, layer turkey slices evenly on toast slices; pour sauce evenly over turkey, and sprinkle evenly with paprika. Top with bacon, and sprinkle with parsley.
  6. Serve warm with tomato wedges.
