Ingredients

  • 15 oz black beans rinsed drained progresso® canned
  • 15.3 oz corn whole green drained giant® canned
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 12 oz guacamole refrigerated
  • cups tortilla chips 
  • 2.3 oz olives ripe drained sliced canned
  • box ranch & bacon pasta salad mix betty crocker® suddenly salad®
  •  plum tomatoes chopped (Roma)
  • cups the of 1 cos lettuce 
  • oz cheddar cheese shredded finely
  • tablespoons vegetable oil 
  • tablespoons water

  • sauce pan
  • glass baking pan

Directions

  1. Empty Pasta mix into 3-quart saucepan 2/3 full of boiling water. Gently boil uncovered 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Drain pasta; rinse with cold water. Shake to drain well. In medium bowl, stir together seasoning mix, oil, water and cumin. Stir in pasta, beans and corn.
  3. In 4-quart glass salad bowl or 13x9-inch glass baking dish, layer lettuce and pasta mixture.
  4. Spread guacamole evenly over top.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese and tomatoes; top with olives.
  6. Just before serving, arrange chips around edge of bowl.
  7. Serve immediately, or refrigerate.
