  • ounce cream cheese 
  • 0.3 ounce gelatin powder unflavored
  • cup cup heavy whipping cream 
  • 0.5 cup juice of lemon 
  • teaspoon lemon zest grated
  • inch pie crust dough 
  • 0.3 cup water
