Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup skim milk fat-free
  • 1.5 teaspoons lemon zest grated
  • teaspoons olive oil 
  • ounces soup noodles uncooked
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  • ounces processed cheese food cubed reduced-fat (velveeta)
  •  bell pepper red julienned
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • medium bell pepper sweet yellow cut into 1/8-inch strips

Directions
