  • 12 fluid ounce evaporated milk chilled canned
  • 18 inch graham cracker crusts prepared
  • ounce jell-o lemon flavored
  • tablespoons juice of lemon 
  • cup pineapple crushed drained
  • cup water boiling
  • cup sugar white

Directions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Set aside to cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whip the chilled evaporated milk.
  3. Mix in sugar and lemon juice.
  4. Add cooled gelatin mixture and whip until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Stir in crushed pineapple.
  5. Pour half of mixture into each crust. Chill before serving.
  6. Garnish with chopped maraschino cherries if desired.
