  • teaspoons t brown sugar dark packed
  • tablespoons fish sauce 
  • cloves garlic finely chopped
  • tablespoon ginger finely grated
  • tablespoons ginger grated
  • cup hoisin sauce 
  • stalks lemon grass very finely chopped
  • tablespoons lemon grass fresh finely chopped
  • tablespoons juice of lime 
  • teaspoons mint leaves shredded
  • 12  the of 1 cos lettuce 
  • teaspoon sesame oil 
  •  chicken breast boneless skinless finely chopped
  • teaspoon soya sauce

Directions

  1. In large bowl, mix sauce ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Heat 3-quart saucepan over high heat.
  3. Add oil, lemongrass, chile, garlic and gingerroot; cook 1 minute. Stir in chicken. Cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until chicken is no longer pink.
  4. Stir lime juice, fish sauce, brown sugar, mint and soy sauce into chicken mixture.
  5. Spoon chicken mixture onto lettuce leaves.
  6. Serve with hoisin-lemongrass sauce.
