  • 12  manicotti shells 
  • cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 16 ounce spaghetti sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  3. Add manicotti shells and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage; drain and keep hot. In a large bowl combine cream cheese, 1 3/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese and sausage.
  5. Stuff noodles with cheese and sausage mixture; place in baking dish.
  6. Pour sauce over top of noodles and sprinkle with extra cheese.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
