  • 1.5 teaspoons balsamic vinegar 
  • 1.5 teaspoons basil oil 
  • 1.5 teaspoons bottled garlic minced
  • 2.3 pounds skin-on chicken drumsticks 
  • teaspoon sesame oil dark
  • tablespoon sherry dry
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • teaspoons soy sauce low-sodium
  • teaspoon onion powder 
  • cup orange juice fresh
  • 0.3 teaspoon hot sauce hot
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Combine the first 11 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag.
  2. Add chicken to bag; seal. Marinate in refrigerator 2 hours, turning bag occasionally.
  3. Prepare grill.
  4. Remove chicken from bag, reserving marinade.
  5. Place reserved marinade in a small saucepan; cook over medium heat 3 minutes.
  6. Place chicken on grill coated with cooking spray; grill 30 minutes or until chicken is done, turning and basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
