  • tablespoons water cold divided
  • tablespoons brown sugar 
  • tablespoon butter melted
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon nutmeg 
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  • tablespoon cornstarch
