Ingredients

  • cups angel hair hot cooked uncooked ( 10 ounces pasta)
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • tablespoon capers 
  • 1.3 ounces feta cheese crumbled finely
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • 0.8 cup green onions sliced ()
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • tablespoons teaspoons oregano dried fresh chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • pound shrimp deveined peeled
  • pounds tomatoes chopped
  • tablespoon tomato paste

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic, and saut 2 minutes.
  3. Add tomato, and cook over medium heat 7 minutes.
  4. Add tomato paste, stirring well to combine.
  5. Add capers and salt; cook 15 minutes or until mixture begins to thicken. Stir in shrimp and oregano; cook 3 minutes or until shrimp are done.
  6. Combine shrimp mixture and pasta in a large bowl, tossing gently.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese and pepper.
