  • 0.3 cup kalamata olives pitted chopped
  • teaspoon juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.5 cup plum tomatoes chopped ( 2 tomatoes)
  • 6-inch pitas whole wheat cut in half ()

Directions

  1. Place chickpeas in a food processor; pulse 5 times or until chopped.
  2. Combine chopped chickpeas, cheese, and next 6 ingredients in a medium bowl; toss well.
  3. Line each pita half with 1/2 cup spinach, and fill with 2/3 cup tuna salad.
