  • 0.5 cup confectioners' sugar 
  • 1.3 cups graham-cracker crumbs 
  •  juice of lemon grated
  • 24 ounce silken tofu firm (such as Mori-Nu)
  • tablespoons sugar 
  • tablespoons butter unsalted melted

Directions
