Ingredients

  • 15 oz tomato sauce italian-style canned
  •  lasagna noodles cooked drained
  • 0.8 lb pd of ground turkey 
  • 0.5 tsp penzey's southwest seasoning dried italian
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated kraft
  • cup polly-o original ricotta cheese 
  • cup mozzarella cheese shredded kraft

Directions

  1. Cook turkey in skillet on medium-high heat 10 min. or until no longer pink, stirring frequently to break into small pieces.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning; mix well.
  4. Spread each lasagna noodle with about 1/2 cup of the turkey mixture; roll up tightly, starting at 1 of the short ends.
  5. Place, seam-sides down, in microwaveable baking dish; top with tomato sauce. Cover loosely with plastic wrap.
  6. Microwave on HIGH 12 min. or until heated through, rotating dish after 6 min.
