Ingredients

  • cup chocolate chips 
  • tablespoons butter ()
  • pint ice-cream chocolate shell green
  • 10  crème-filled chocolate sandwich cookies 
  • 0.3 cup plus light
  • tablespoons mint leaves fresh sliced for garnish
  • 0.5 teaspoon peppermint extract 
  • tablespoons sugar divided
  • servings garnish: whipped cream sweetened
  • ounce baker's chocolate unsweetened chopped
  • pint whipped cream 
  • 0.3 cup water

Directions

  1. Stir first 4 ingredients and 1 tablespoon sugarin heavy small saucepan over medium-highheat until chocolate is melted and smooth.Bring just to boil.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Addunsweetened chocolate and extract; stir untilsmooth. Set mint-fudge sauce aside.
  4. Toss remaining 1 tablespoon sugar andsliced mint in small bowl. Set mint sugar aside.
  5. Place small scoop of vanilla ice creamin each dish. Top with some broken cookies,then scoop of mint ice cream and morecookies.
  6. Drizzle 1 to 2 tablespoons warmsauce over each. Top with whipped cream.
  7. Garnish with mint sugar and mint sprigs.
