  • Tbsp oil

  • lb pork chops boneless skinless cut into strips

Directions

  1. Mix sauce ingredients.
  2. Add 1 Tbsp. sauce to meat; toss to coat.
  3. Let stand 5 min.
  4. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet or wok on medium-high heat.
  5. Add meat mixture and vegetables; stir-fry 4 min. or until meat is done.
  6. Add remaining sauce; simmer 2 min. or until heated through.
  7. Serve over rice.
