  • oz meat from a rotisserie chicken cooked sliced
  • 1.5 tsp olive oil extra virgin 
  •  slim cut mozzarella cheese kraft
  • slices sourdough bread

Directions

  1. Heat panini grill.
  2. Spread bread slices with pesto; fill with cheese, chicken and arugula.
  3. Brush outside of sandwich with oil.
  4. Cook 4 to 5 min. or until golden brown.
