Ingredients

  • 0.8 cup brown sugar packed
  • 11 oz oats 'n chocolate protein granola dark nature valley®
  • 0.5 cup plus 
  • 0.3 cup creamy peanut butter 
  • cup pistachios 
  • cup cranberries dried sweetened chopped
  • teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. In large bowl, mix granola, cranberries and pistachio nuts.
  2. In 2-quart saucepan, mix brown sugar, corn syrup and peanut butter.
  3. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
  5. Pour syrup over granola mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Drop mixture by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto waxed paper. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
