  • servings olive oil extra virgin 
  • large cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5  onion red roughly chopped
  •  jalapeno seeds removed, chopped
  • medium tomatoes roughly chopped
  • servings salt and pepper 
  • pound nopalitos cleaned chopped

Directions

  1. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil (enough to coat the bottom of the pan) in a large sauté pan on medium high heat.
  2. Add red onion, garlic, and jalapeño. Cook for a minute, stirring occasionally.
