Ingredients

  • 0.8 cup raisins dried diced (from 7-ounce package)
  • 0.3 cup cranberries dried sweetened
  • 0.5 cup apple cider 
  • tablespoon apple cider vinegar 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground ginger 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.3 cup walnut pieces chopped
  • ounces cream cheese softened
  • serving round buttery crackers

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except walnuts, cream cheese and crackers in 2-quart
  2. saucepan. Cook over medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until fruit is
  3. plump and mixture is thick. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour or until completely
  4. cooled.
  5. Meanwhile, heat oven to 350°.
  6. Spread walnuts on cookie sheet.
  7. Bake 5 to 7
  8. minutes, stirring twice, until light golden brown; cool.
  9. Mix walnuts and cream cheese in medium bowl.
  10. Spread cream cheese mixture
  11. in 1/2-inch-thick layer on serving plate. Top with chutney.
  12. Serve with crackers.
