  • tablespoon cornmeal 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • 0.5 teaspoon rosemary fresh minced
  •  garlic clove crushed
  • 0.5 cup kalamata olives pitted chopped
  • ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5  recipe pizza dough 
  • 0.8 pound potatoes red sliced
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup tomato sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 45
  2. Place the potato slices in a saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil; cook 7 minutes or until tender.
  3. Drain.
  4. Roll dough into a 12-inch circle on a lightly floured surface.
  5. Place the dough on a (12-inch) pizza pan or baking sheet coated with cooking spray and sprinkled with cornmeal. Crimp edges of dough with fingers to form a rim.
  6. Combine the potato slices, tomato sauce, rosemary, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  7. Spread over the pizza crust, leaving a 1-inch border.
  8. Sprinkle pizza with cheese and olives.
  9. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  10. Cut into 8 wedges.
