  • 1.5 cups beef broth 
  • tablespoon butter 
  • tablespoon cornstarch 
  • 0.5 cup apricot dried chopped
  • teaspoon ginger fresh minced
  •  garlic clove minced
  • Dash nutmeg 
  • large onion separated sliced
  • 0.3 cup orange marmalade 
  • 16 ounces pork loin boneless
  • 4.5 teaspoons water cold
