Ingredients

  • 22 ounce mandarin oranges drained canned
  • ounce pineapple rings with juice crushed canned
  • ounce cream cheese softened
  • 3.5 ounce vanilla pudding instant
  • cup milk 
  • ounce orange gelatin orange flavored
  • ounce orange juice concentrate frozen thawed canned
  • 2.5 cups water boiling

Directions

  1. Spray one 9x13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Combine the gelatin and boiling water, stir until dissolved.
  3. Add the mandarin oranges, pineapple and orange juice; pour into prepared pan and refrigerate until chilled.
  4. Beat together the pudding, cream cheese and milk.
  5. Spread over gelatin and refrigerate until chilled.
