  • 0.3 cup firmly brown sugar packed
  • tablespoon brown sugar 
  • 1.5 tablespoons flour all-purpose
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground nutmeg 
  • 1.5 tablespoons butter softened
  • tablespoons butter 
  • 0.5 cup orange juice unsweetened
  • 0.3 cup pecans finely chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 4.5 cups sweet potatoes and into cubed peeled
  • tablespoon triple sec orange-flavored
  • 0.3 cup whipping cream

Directions

  1. Cook sweet potato in boiling water to cover 15 minutes or until tender; drain.
  2. Combine sweet potato and 3 tablespoons margarine in a large bowl; mash.
  3. Add orange juice and next 5 ingredients; stir well. Spoon mixture into 4 lightly greased 8-ounce ramekins; set aside.
  4. Combine 1/4 cup brown sugar, flour, 1 1/2 tablespoons margarine, and chopped pecans; sprinkle evenly over sweet potato mixture in ramekins.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
