  • 14 oz artichoke hearts halved drained canned
  • 0.5 cup olives black pitted
  • 14.5 oz canned tomatoes diced italian-style undrained canned
  • 2.5 lb chicken thighs and legs 
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese divided grated kraft
  • cups penne pasta uncooked
  •  zucchini sliced
  •  pkt. shake 'n bake seasoned coating mix italian
  •  pkt. shake 'n bake seasoned coating mix italian

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Combine first 4 ingredients in large shallow baking dish; set aside.
  3. Mix 1/4 cup cheese and coating mix in separate shallow dish.
  4. Add chicken; turn to evenly coat both sides of each piece.
  5. Place over zucchini mixture.
  6. Bake 45 min. or until chicken is done (165F). Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed.
  7. Drain pasta.
  8. Serve topped with chicken, zucchini mixture and remaining cheese.
