  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground

  • 1.5 teaspoons chives fresh chopped
  • tablespoon parsley fresh chopped
  • 24 ounce pacific halibut filets 
  • servings lemon wedges 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • ounce bread white

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 42
  2. Coat fillets with cooking spray; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Place fillets on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  4. Place bread in a blender or food processor; pulse 5 times or until coarse crumbs measure 1/2 cup.
  5. Combine breadcrumbs, parsley, chives, and 1 1/2 teaspoons butter in a small bowl; toss well. Spoon breadcrumb mixture on top of fillets, pressing down gently.
  6. Drizzle remaining butter over breadcrumb mixture.
  7. Bake at 425 for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges.
