  • Tbsp flour 
  • Tbsp parsley fresh chopped
  • Tbsp juice of lemon 
  • Tbsp lite house dressing italian kraft
  • oz philadelphia neufchatel cheese cubed
  • 0.5 lb tilapia fillets

Directions

  1. Coat fish with flour.
  2. Heat dressing in medium skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add fish; cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  4. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  5. Add broth and lemon juice to skillet; cook 3 min. or until reduced by half, stirring frequently with whisk.
  6. Add Neufchatel; cook and stir 1 min. or until melted.
  7. Pour over fish; sprinkle with parsley.
