- 0.3 cup chicken broth fat-free reduced-sodium
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 Tbsp parsley fresh chopped
- 1 Tbsp juice of lemon
- 2 Tbsp lite house dressing italian kraft
- 1 oz philadelphia neufchatel cheese cubed
- 0.5 lb tilapia fillets

- Coat fish with flour.
- Heat dressing in medium skillet on medium heat.
- Add fish; cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Add broth and lemon juice to skillet; cook 3 min. or until reduced by half, stirring frequently with whisk.
- Add Neufchatel; cook and stir 1 min. or until melted.
- Pour over fish; sprinkle with parsley.
