Who says authentic Italian classics must be complicated to prepare? This unique twist on Pasta Carbonara is a delightful surprise that delivers bold flavors in just 25 minutes, making it perfect for feeding a crowd of 25 people without the usual stress. While traditional carbonara relies on eggs and pecorino, this version embraces a creamy, rich profile using Philadelphia Cream Cheese spread blended with milk and Italian seasoning. The result is a velvety sauce that clings perfectly to spaghetti, offering a comforting texture that feels both familiar and excitingly new.

The star of the show is undoubtedly the crispy OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon. Cooking these slices until golden and crisp infuses the dish with a smoky depth that cuts through the creaminess beautifully. By reserving just a tablespoon of bacon drippings, we create a savory base that enhances the garlic and cheese mixture, ensuring every bite is packed with flavor. The combination of shredded Parmesan and the cream cheese base creates a luxurious mouthfeel that is surprisingly light, boasting only 78 calories per serving.

What makes this recipe truly special is its versatility. Whether served as a light antipasto, a quick starter, or a satisfying snack, it fits seamlessly into any meal plan. The addition of fresh chopped parsley at the end adds a vibrant pop of color and a hint of freshness that balances the rich, savory elements. With a balanced nutritional profile featuring significant protein and healthy fats, this dish is not only delicious but also satisfying. It is an ideal choice for busy weeknights or casual gatherings where you want to impress guests with a gourmet feel without spending hours in the kitchen.
