Ingredients

  • ounce olives black chopped canned
  • tablespoons butter 
  • 0.5 pound bacon crumbled cooked
  • pound pasta like spaghetti cooked drained
  •  eggs beaten
  • 0.5 cup parsley fresh chopped
  • cloves garlic 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground pepper black
  • pound ham chopped
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • 0.7 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • ounce pimento peppers diced drained
  • teaspoon salt 

Equipment

  • frying pan

Directions

  1. Melt butter or margarine in a large skillet.
  2. Add the oil and ham and saute lightly.
  3. Add the cooked spaghetti, bacon, cheese, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir well.
  4. Turn off the heat and pour beaten eggs over all. Toss to coat evenly, then add the olives and pimentos and toss again.
  5. Serve at once.
