Ingredients
- 6 ounce olives black chopped canned
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 0.5 pound bacon crumbled cooked
- 1 pound pasta like spaghetti cooked drained
- 4 eggs beaten
- 0.5 cup parsley fresh chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 0.5 teaspoon ground pepper black
- 1 pound ham chopped
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 0.7 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 4 ounce pimento peppers diced drained
- 1 teaspoon salt

Directions
- Melt butter or margarine in a large skillet.
- Add the oil and ham and saute lightly.
- Add the cooked spaghetti, bacon, cheese, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir well.
- Turn off the heat and pour beaten eggs over all. Toss to coat evenly, then add the olives and pimentos and toss again.
- Serve at once.
