- Cook rotini according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
- Drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking liquid.
- Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
- Add oil, and place over medium-high heat.

- Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt.
