  • 1.3 cups flour 
  • pounds anjou pear cored ripe peeled cut into 1-inch pieces ( 5)
  • cup cranberries fresh frozen thawed
  • 0.3 cup t brown sugar dark packed ()
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • servings whipped cream 
  • 0.8 cup sugar 
  • 0.5 cup butter unsalted cooled melted (1 stick)
  • 0.5 cup walnuts finely

Directions

  2. Let stand 15 minutes.
