  • tablespoon cajun spice 
  • 1.5 pounds chicken tenderloins 
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • tablespoons butter light melted
  • cup buttermilk low-fat
  • 1.5 cups pecans toasted chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup sesame seed 
  • 0.5 cup wheat germ toasted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 40
  2. Combine first 7 ingredients in a shallow dish.
  3. Pour the buttermilk into a second shallow dish. Dip chicken in buttermilk; dredge in pecan mixture.
  4. Place chicken on a jelly roll pan coated with cooking spray.
  5. Drizzle butter evenly over chicken.
  6. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
  7. Serve warm.
