  • pound loaves bread dough frozen thawed
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • ounces pepperoni sausage sliced
  • cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup spaghetti sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Punch dough down. On a lightly floured surface, roll each loaf into 20x8 inch rectangle.
  3. Place one rectangle on a greased baking sheet.
  4. Spread spaghetti sauce in an 18x4 inch strip down the center.
  5. Sprinkle with oregano, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. Fold long sides of dough up toward filling; set aside.
  6. Cut the remaining rectangle into three strips. Loosely braid strips; pinch ends to seal.
  7. Place bread on top of the cheese; pinch braid to dough to seal.
  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
