Ingredients

  • lb chicken whole
  •  garlic clove chopped
  • 0.5  juice of lemon 
  • tablespoons red wine vinegar 
  • tablespoon soya sauce 
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • tablespoons paprika 
  • tablespoon cumin 
  • teaspoon turmeric 
  • servings salt 
  • servings pepper black
  • serving frangelico 
  • servings frangelico

Directions

  1. Mix together the marinade ingredients.
  2. Place the whole chicken into a large (about 2 gallon size) ziploc bag and pour in the marinade.
  3. Spread the marinade so that it covers all the chicken.
