  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise fat-free
  • ounce bread french cut into 20 (3/4-inch) slices
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic minced
  • ounce parmesan cheese fresh grated
  • tablespoon commercial pesto

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Place bread on a baking sheet; broil 1 minute or until toasted.
  3. Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.
  4. Spread 1 1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise mixture on untoasted side of each bread slice.
  5. Place slices on baking sheet; broil 4 minutes or until the cheese and edges of bread are browned.
