Ingredients

  • 1000 cream cheese softened
  •  eggs 
  • tablespoons butter melted
  • 20  oreo cookies crushed
  • squares semi chocolate chips cooled melted
  • cup cream sour
  • cup sugar 
  • teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Mix cookie crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of foil-lined 13x9-inch pan.
  3. Bake 10 min.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  5. Add sour cream; mix well.
  6. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing after each just until blended.
  7. Reserve 1 cup batter. Stir chocolate into remaining batter; pour over crust. Top with spoonfuls of reserved batter.
  8. Swirl batters with knife.
  9. Bake 40 min. or until centre is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 4 hours.
