  • Tbsp butter melted
  • 32 oz philadelphia neufchatel cheese softened
  • cups strawberries fresh chopped
  • 0.5 cup strawberry preserves 
  • cup sugar divided
  • oz cool whip lite whipped topping thawed

Directions

  1. Mix graham crumbs, margarine and 1/4 cup sugar; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
  2. Beat Neufchatel and 3/4 cup of the remaining sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  3. Add preserves; mix well.
  4. Mash strawberries with remaining sugar until blended.
  5. Add to Neufchatel mixture along with the COOL WHIP; stir just until blended.
  6. Spread over crust.
  7. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
