  • 2.5 pounds pork loin boneless cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes

  • 12 ounces guava chopped
  • 0.5 cup beef broth 
  • tablespoons juice of lime fresh
  • 1.5 teaspoons olive oil 
  • large onion cut into 16 wedges
  • tablespoon oregano 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt

Directions
