  • 40  2 (20 ounce) cans pineapple chunks canned
  • cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • cup sugar white

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter or grease one 2 quart casserole dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend together 4 tablespoons reserved pineapple juice, sugar, flour and butter.
  3. Add pineapple and cheese; mix well and pour into casserole dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C), sprinkle top with cracker crumbs and bake for 20 more minutes.
