Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup juice of lime fresh
  • cups pineapple coarsely chopped (1 large pineapple)
  • 0.3 cup sugar

  3. Pour mixture into the freezer can of an ice-cream freezer; freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. Spoon into a freezer-safe container; cover and freeze 30 minutes or until firm.
  4. Serve with Cinnamon Chips.
  5. Note: To prepare nieve without an ice-cream freezer, pour mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish; cover and freeze until firm, stirring occasionally.
