Ingredients

  • pounds ground beef 90% lean ( )
  • 12 ounces chili sauce 
  • cup oatmeal cornflakes crushed
  • tablespoons dehydrated onion dried minced
  • 0.3 cup parsley dried
  •  eggs lightly beaten
  • 0.3 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 0.3 cup catsup 
  • tablespoon juice of lemon 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoons soya sauce 
  • 14 ounces roasted cranberry sauce canned

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce and lemon juice. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir until smooth. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine the next nine ingredients; add beef and mix well. Shape into 1-in. balls.
  3. Place in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish.
  4. Pour sauce over meatballs.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40-50 minutes or until the meatballs are no longer pink and sauce is bubbly.
