This delightful dish is not only a feast for the eyes but also a healthy choice for any meal, whether it's a casual lunch or an elegant dinner. With its gluten-free and dairy-free attributes, it caters to a variety of dietary preferences, making it perfect for gatherings or family dinners.

The star of this recipe is the succulent salmon, expertly grilled on a cedar plank, which infuses the fish with a subtle smoky flavor that perfectly complements the sweetness of the peach mango salsa. The salsa, bursting with fresh ingredients like juicy peaches, ripe mangoes, and fragrant cilantro, adds a refreshing contrast to the rich salmon, creating a harmonious balance of flavors.

Preparing this dish is a breeze, taking just 115 minutes from start to finish, and it serves up to eight people, making it ideal for entertaining. The combination of zesty lime juice and a hint of honey in the salsa elevates the dish, while the brown sugar rub on the salmon caramelizes beautifully on the grill, resulting in a mouthwatering experience that will leave your guests raving.

So fire up the grill, gather your loved ones, and enjoy a delicious meal that celebrates the best of seasonal produce and wholesome ingredients. Your taste buds will thank you!
