  • pounds pork ribs bone-in country-style
  • 12 ounces chili sauce 
  • 12 ounces plum preserves 
  • 0.3 cup soya sauce 
  • 0.3 teaspoon hot sauce hot

Directions

  1. Place ribs in two ungreased 13x9-in. baking dishes.
  2. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes; drain.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from the heat. Set aside 3/4 cup sauce for serving.
  5. Brush ribs with some of the remaining sauce.
  6. Bake, uncovered, until ribs are tender, 30-45 minutes, turning and basting frequently with remaining sauce.
  7. Serve with reserved sauce.
