  • pounds chicken cut into pieces
  • 0.5 bunch cilantro leaves 
  • cloves garlic 
  •  jalapeno 
  •  juice of lime juiced
  • 0.5 cup monterrey jack cheese shredded
  •  onion sliced
  • 1.5 tablespoons oregano dried
  • servings salt to taste
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
  • 10  tomatillos fresh
  • tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions
