  • 0.3 tsp ground pepper black
  • 1.5 cups polly-o mozzarella cheese fresh shredded divided
  • 0.5 tsp oregano leaves dried crushed
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated kraft
  •  pizza crust italian
  • 0.8 cup polly-o original ricotta cheese 
  • cups cut-up vegetables yellow such as 1 cup broccoli florets, 3/4 cup pepper strips and 1/4 cup chopped onions assorted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Mix 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese, the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese and seasonings; spread evenly onto pizza crust.
  3. Place on baking sheet.
  4. Top with vegetables; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake 10 to 14 min. or until cheese is melted.
