  •  pork chops bone-in (loin or shoulder, )
  • servings pepper black
  • Tbs unrefined sunflower oil 
  • Tbs butter unsalted
  • large onion white sliced
  • cups apples cored sliced (2 to 3 apples)
  • cup wine

  1. Season the chops with salt and pepper on both sides. Saut the pork chops in hot oil for 5 minutes on each side until browned.
  2. Transfer the chops to a warm plate.
