  • teaspoons cornstarch 
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground ginger 
  • 0.1 teaspoon mace 
  • 0.3 cup orange juice 
  • Dash pepper 
  •  pork loin boneless (5 ounces each and 3/)
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • medium sweet potatoes and into peeled cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • teaspoons water cold

Directions

  1. In a small nonstick skillet, brown pork chops in oil.
  2. Place in an 8-in. square baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  3. Layer with sweet potato; drizzle with butter.
  4. In a small saucepan, combine the orange juice, brown sugar, salt, ginger, mace and pepper; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  5. Pour over sweet potato.
  6. Cover and bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until the pork reaches 160° and potato is tender.
  7. Remove pork and potato; keep warm.
  8. Pour pan juices into a small saucepan.
  9. Combine cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into juices. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1 minute or until thickened.
  10. Serve with pork and sweet potato.
