The star of this recipe is the succulent pork chop, which is marinated in a unique blend of ingredients. Apple cider vinegar, garlic, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and pepper come together to create a tangy, sweet, and spicy sauce that penetrates deep into the meat, ensuring every bite is packed with flavor. The marinating process takes at least four hours, allowing the pork chops to absorb all the goodness of the sauce.

Once marinated, the pork chops are baked in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, where the sauce reduces and caramelizes, creating a delectable glaze. The result is tender, juicy pork chops with a crispy exterior, enveloped in a tangy honey sauce that will have you licking your plate clean.
