Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup soya sauce 
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 cup sugar 
  • tablespoons onion powder grated (or)
  • tablespoon vinegar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt 
  • tablespoon brown sugar 
  • tablespoons water 
  • lbs pork tenderloin 
  • slices bacon

Directions

  1. Mix the first 9 ingredients together.
  2. Wrap the tenderloin with bacon.
  3. Place in a container.
  4. Pour the marinade mixture over the tenderloins. Cover.
  5. Refrigerate overnight, turning the tenderloins once.
  6. Place tenderloins on a rack in a roasting pan.
  7. Pour the marinade over the tenderloins.
  8. Roast for 2 hours at 300 degrees, basting with marinade every 20 minutes.
  9. Pork is well done at 170 degrees.
  10. Time does not include refrigerating overnight.
