Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon 
  • cups flour all-purpose
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar for coating plus more
  • 0.5 cup pecans chopped
  • 0.8 cup potato chips crushed
  • cup butter unsalted at room temperature
  • teaspoon vanilla extract pure

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375 F. Cream the butter and 1/2 cup sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer on high speed. Lower to medium speed and add the vanilla.

  3. Place on parchment- or foil-lined baking sheets, 2 inches apart.
  4. Bake until golden brown around the edges, about 13 minutes.
  5. Let cool on sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks.
