  • oz philadelphia cream cheese cubed ()
  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh chopped
  • cloves garlic minced
  • Tbsp a.1. original sauce 
  • lb ground beef lean
  • cups potatoes hot mashed
  • oz stove top stuffing mix 
  • cup water

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water and A.
  3. just until blended; press into 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until done (160F).
  5. Add cream cheese and garlic to potatoes; stir until cream cheese is melted. Stir in parsley. Scoop over meatloaves.
  6. Serve topped with gravy.
